I thought it was gonna be outdated and old, but I was wrong. It was just amazing. The ambiance and the tone was on point. Lots of activities for kids, free ones, view was great to the pier or ocean. Skylight was nice. Hotel was spacious, comfy, and fun.

The hotel is in a very strategic location, making it easy to access various attractions. The receptionist during check-in was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I checked in during the afternoon, and the service was outstanding. Truly an excellent first impression! The hospitality and professionalism of the staff made my stay even more enjoyable. Always loved staying here! It's like reliving our childhood dreams. One important and useful perk that I got was the park special entry lane—no need to wait since early in the morning to queue! Overall very pleasant stay! Wish I could have stayed longer!

We chose the hotel because we have overnight transit in Hong Kong. Even though the hotel is not within walking distance from Hong Kong airport, the shuttle bus service is quite frequent, so it is easy to travel back and forth to the airport. The room was spacious enough for 4 people, so it was a good choice for a family of 4.

Awesome stay. The food at Chef Mickey is excellent. Manage to take photo with Mickey and Goofy, my son loves them so much!! The staffs all are helpful and friendly. Environment is extremely on top quality.

Novotel Hong Kong Citygate
If you want to come to disneyland, ngong ping cable car and citygate outlets, this is the perfect place to stay. And they offered free shuttle to airport also. Awesome.

Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel
This is my first time here. I love the ambience so so so much. The smells, interiors, service was perfection because of friendly & helpful staff. The room so spacious beyond expectation, cleanliness was superb, the toiletries are cute overload made my day hahaha. It was very well maintained🖤. Then they have shuttle bus to Disneyland Park every 10 minutes.
