I checked in during the afternoon, and the service was outstanding. Truly an excellent first impression! The hospitality and professionalism of the staff made my stay even more enjoyable. Mike, the front office officer, welcomed us very friendly. He is very helpful. He gave us all our requests like connecting rooms. He also gave us early check-in before we asked for it. The hotel location was very convenient, easy access by buses or MTR. The MTR exit door is just across the hotel. The hotel room was also clean. I definitely recommend this hotel to all of you who are traveling to Hong Kong.
