They were so kind to upgrade us for free to a King Room 😊. The building is so easy to locate, just one bus ride to/from the airport (3 mins walk to the nearest bus stop) and near Mongkok MTR station 👌🏽. Walking distance to the Ladies Market and Sneakers Street and lots of fast food and local restos to try!

Our family had a great stay. The room is always cleaned and towels are replaced daily. Thanks to the free shuttle bus our travel experience is hassle free. There are many restaurants nearby. We got to spend our Hong Kong’s last night trip in the amazing W Hong Kong. We got upgraded to Cool Corner Room and offered with extra bed, big shout out to René! We were also given a welcome amenity given by the Welcome Experience Team - René, Pearl, Karis & Gordon, we are so touched by this..
