We had a two night layover in Reykjavik and I could not have been more pleased with the hotel. From the reception area to the room itself the breakfast bar and the beverage bar every staff member was as accommodating as you could possibly want. The rooms were good sized with a large bath with separate tub and shower. Should I return to Reykjavik which I would love to do, I would certainly book again.

Room and hotel was very clean. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Only negative was construction next door but you cant stop progress. I highly recommend thisbhotel

I really liked the fact that it is possible to open a window and get some fresh air into the room. Many modern hotel rooms are sealed and airless. While it is convenient, the restaurant in the hotel was not great.

This hotel was ok. We had some issues: one, our flight to Iceland with Icelandair was delayed then canceled and rebooked for the next day, and we notified the hotel as soon as we knew, which was more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours (we are 6 hours behind) and the hotel chose to uphold their cancellation policy after an appeal, so we were charged for a night that we were not there. Second issue: our rooms were uncomfortably warm, especially for sleeping. Each room had a thermostat but when we asked the staff said they did not work, didn’t explain why. They provided very small fans that barely made a dent. There are no top sheets on the beds, just very warm duvets, so sleeping with just a sheet was not an option. Third, the fitness room is not very good, the elliptical was broken. We did get the included breakfast package and that was good for the most part. The rooms were clean.

Very nice experience! Staff is very welcoming and professional. Room feels modern and cozy, has nice views and amenities. Location is right outside downtown easy to get onto freeway. Plenty of parking on hotel. Breakfast is also amazing, you get a variety of delicious options!

This was a very nice upscale hotel. Our room was quite comfortable. The bathroom included a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Wifi was great. Several restaurants and a bar on property. There is paid covered parking or free uncovered parking. We loved being able to pick up snacks in the lobby for our next adventure. Great stay! The sculpture and waterfront walk isn't too far away.
