Rooms were dirty and the mattresses were very old and loose. Uncomfortable stay this time. Rooms got cleaned when i complained. Supervisor was kind enough to hear me out.

I have been staying at the hotel for the past four weeks, and I must commend the exceptional hospitality of the staff and the overall cleanliness of the rooms, which are well-maintained and comfortable. Honestly don't know what to write. Staff were pleasant but the area is a building site. You take your life in your hands to cross the road and propane gas laden trucks go speeding down the noisy flyover exit outside your window all night long.
