I have been staying at the hotel for the past four weeks, and I must commend the exceptional hospitality of the staff and the overall cleanliness of the rooms, which are well-maintained and comfortable. However, I regret to highlight that the condition of the dormitory washrooms falls significantly short of the hotel's otherwise high standards. Despite providing multiple rounds of feedback and raising concerns on several occasions, the issues remain unresolved. The washrooms continue to be untidy and poorly maintained, creating an unpleasant experience for guests. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action to bring the washroom facilities up to the level of quality that the rest of the hotel exemplifies.

A special shout-out to Shubham and Darshan from the front office, who were always ready to assist with a friendly smile and made sure all my needs were met. The housekeeping team, including Raja and Aaksh, kept everything clean and tidy, making the place feel like a home away from home.
