Rooms were dirty and the mattresses were very old and loose. Uncomfortable stay this time. Rooms got cleaned when i complained. Supervisor was kind enough to hear me out.

The check-in process was smooth. However, upon entering the room, we were immediately confronted with a swarm of mosquitoes and a shower door that wouldn’t close properly. These issues need to be addressed promptly. Considering the value of money, I wouldn’t recommend this place.👎

However, I regret to highlight that the condition of the dormitory washrooms falls significantly short of the hotel's otherwise high standards. Despite providing multiple rounds of feedback and raising concerns on several occasions, the issues remain unresolved. The washrooms continue to be untidy and poorly maintained, creating an unpleasant experience for guests. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action to bring the washroom facilities up to the level of quality that the rest of the hotel exemplifies.

Washroom can be a little more tidy

Honestly don't know what to write. Staff were pleasant but the area is a building site. You take your life in your hands to cross the road and propane gas laden trucks go speeding down the noisy flyover exit outside your window all night long.

Perfect room & atmosphere overall

Our stay was very pleasent and comfortable. Ahmed was very helpful individual and recommendable individual. Will surely be visiting this place again

Free coffee and tea was an absolute bonus for me. I dont have to go outside to get my drink every now and then. The room is well organize, however with price i paid, the room is basic.
