The staff did not provide me with WiFi code at check-in, I called them twice and they still not provide me with WiFi access. After an hour of waiting for someone to come and give me the code (first they said they would WhatsApp and then they said they would send someone to connect the Wi-Fi) I ended up going downstairs and and getting it from them.

Staff was sweet and helpful room was clean and had a great stay .

Good hotel good service and good staff

Hotel was good, staff was amazing and very cooperative. The bathrooms need work. First bathroom had mold in the shower so we requested another room which they immediately complied. Second bathroom was clean but there was a bad smell probably due to bad plumbing which would not go away

Location is very congested. Road work ongoing by BMMP, difficult to commute. Tough to get rikshaw to go to Vile Parle station. Lobby is very small cannot wait. Had dinner, quality was good but very expensive expensive.

It's a 3 star though it advertises as a 4 star.

There was a pillar inside the bedroom. The rooms are too small. Wifi is terrible. Receptionist has an attitude she can’t handle. Terrible place to stay

The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are good. The restaurant has a great variety. Breakfast is really good with different items every morning.

Great hotel. Only stayed one night. The hotel and rooms were clean. Need to modernise charging ports. Mobile charging near beds need repairing.

Our 4 nights stay was very comfortable. Room very clean, bed very comfortable, clean bedding and pillows. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant is very nice and relaxing, delicious food served with a smile. Would highly recommend the food at the hotel. Overall a comfortable stay

Clean room and walking distance from T1 in Mumbai are main strengths of T24. We have spent there only few hours between flights within India so no feedback regarding breakfast.

It’s located at walkable distance to airport and Staff was decent

Staff and restaurant very nice. However the room has a very loud noisy bathroom fan and in bedroom it has a weird smell of maybe dampness or urine.. having wooden laminate flooring in India doesn’t help. We were there for only a few hours due to an early morning flight so couldn’t be asked for a room switch as may not have made a difference. Otherwise all else good.

Everything was good. Reasonable rates. Having and onsite gym would have been great. Sound proof windows would have been perfect to dampen the occasional jet plane engine roars and surrounding bustle and construction noises. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful! Onother nice touch are that all bathrooms are fitted with air vents keeping then dry and mold free! Overall had a pleasent stay with attentive, professional and couteous staff!

Everything was good apart for the Hot water. There was zero hot water in the morning and even in the evening.

Clean room; friendly staff

While the hotel is quite conveniently located near the airport, the overall experience was underwhelming and ultimately disappointing. It appears the management is overly focused on generating revenue rather than prioritizing guest satisfaction and efficient operations. Here are the specific issues encountered: 1. I had two rooms booked under separate reservations. I called the hotel twice—seven days and two days before check-in—to request that the rooms be located next to each other, a request I believe is feasible for any organized hotel. However, upon check-in, the staff had no record or mention of this note on our reservations and could not provide adjacent rooms. We were placed far apart on the same floor. If a guest takes the time to call and make a reasonable request, the hotel management should make a better effort to accommodate it. This demonstrates poor organizational and management skills. 2. Both rooms were booked at the same rate and were the same room type. Despite this, one of the rooms provided was noticeably 25% smaller than the other. I'm unsure how many rooms are this inconsistent, but the entire hotel and corridor felt cramped. I expected a higher standard from an establishment that claims to be a 4-star hotel. 3. The hotel's policies appear to be heavily geared towards generating extra revenue: High Surcharge for Extras: While the ₹1500 charge for an additional mattress is transparent, it is still an excessively high fee.
