This hotel is located close to airport, and should provide free airport pick-up service as given in the hotel homepage. I asked for this pick-up service because I was first time in India, speaking no Indian and landing very late at 10:30 pm. I sent in advance 4 emails (the first email 3 weeks ahead) via Hotels.com to ask for the service, but NO REPLY at all. At the end it cost me a great effort to arrive in this hotel, short before midnight. Unlucky that I got a very noisy room in the 2nd floor, until 2:00 am in the night I heart people talking laughing, dogs barking and motorcycle running, just like out side of the window... Very bad sleeping environment. Breakfast should open at 7:00. I wend down to restaurant at about 7:20 and found the staffs were still by preparing, almost nothing on the table. Really not to recommend!

This hotel was ok. Definitely not a 4 star hotel to any Western standard as there was rotting dry wall and mold in our bathroom. Very simplistic, relatively clean place for a night.

Dirty dark rooms,dark corridors. No electic outlets by bed.

A 15min drive to International departures. They have a car for airport transfer, with a fee, it was comfortable and convenient. Room was a little let down compared to pictures however staffs were amazing! Super friendly and helpful! Restaurant is amazing! Lots of selection of food and the ambiance is soothing! They are doing some exterior renovations at the moment, expect some noice, but overall it was a really good stay! Would hope they would have refurbish thr rooms as well.

Great Stay

I really enjoyed my stay at T24 Retro. The staff is very nice and helpful. Food was good as well. The room was clean and perfect size. Truly enjoyed my stay at the charming boutique hotel.

Spacious

The staff were great. The location was very convenient. The room was comfortable.

Online you coukd add breakfast for an extra cost, but when there theu said it was already included. I booked it online and wqs lamding very late, when my partner checked in for us they proceeded to charge him more for our stay.

Nice clean property, great location near the airport and metro line. Easily accessible to any part of the city.

The room was clean, the shower was really good, but in the bathroom, we could smell a strong nicotine smell. The bed was small, and the mattress needed to be updated. On the side where my husband slept, there was a big hole. The location is good for the airport, but both Uber drivers we used were unable to find it.

Great rooms very accomadating the food was good and the staff was kind

The staff did not provide me with WiFi code at check-in, I called them twice and they still not provide me with WiFi access. After an hour of waiting for someone to come and give me the code (first they said they would WhatsApp and then they said they would send someone to connect the Wi-Fi) I ended up going downstairs and and getting it from them.

Staff was sweet and helpful room was clean and had a great stay .

Good hotel good service and good staff

Hotel was good, staff was amazing and very cooperative. The bathrooms need work. First bathroom had mold in the shower so we requested another room which they immediately complied. Second bathroom was clean but there was a bad smell probably due to bad plumbing which would not go away

Location is very congested. Road work ongoing by BMMP, difficult to commute. Tough to get rikshaw to go to Vile Parle station. Lobby is very small cannot wait. Had dinner, quality was good but very expensive expensive.
