Everything was good. Reasonable rates. Having and onsite gym would have been great. Sound proof windows would have been perfect to dampen the occasional jet plane engine roars and surrounding bustle and construction noises. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful! Onother nice touch are that all bathrooms are fitted with air vents keeping then dry and mold free! Overall had a pleasent stay with attentive, professional and couteous staff!

Everything was good apart for the Hot water. There was zero hot water in the morning and even in the evening.

L'attention est tout de suite attirée par des éléments de décoration vintages, ce qui correspond parfaitement au nom de cet hôtel. Par contre c'est voulu et parfaitement fonctionnel. En plus l'intérieur de l'hôtel ainsi que les chambres : tout est propre et bien entretenu. Enfin l'aéroport est très proche , sans que ce soit bruyant, et on peut se balader autour dans des rues commerçantes.

Clean room; friendly staff

While the hotel is quite conveniently located near the airport, the overall experience was underwhelming and ultimately disappointing. It appears the management is overly focused on generating revenue rather than prioritizing guest satisfaction and efficient operations. Here are the specific issues encountered: 1. I had two rooms booked under separate reservations. I called the hotel twice—seven days and two days before check-in—to request that the rooms be located next to each other, a request I believe is feasible for any organized hotel. However, upon check-in, the staff had no record or mention of this note on our reservations and could not provide adjacent rooms. We were placed far apart on the same floor. If a guest takes the time to call and make a reasonable request, the hotel management should make a better effort to accommodate it. This demonstrates poor organizational and management skills. 2. Both rooms were booked at the same rate and were the same room type. Despite this, one of the rooms provided was noticeably 25% smaller than the other. I'm unsure how many rooms are this inconsistent, but the entire hotel and corridor felt cramped. I expected a higher standard from an establishment that claims to be a 4-star hotel. 3. The hotel's policies appear to be heavily geared towards generating extra revenue: High Surcharge for Extras: While the ₹1500 charge for an additional mattress is transparent, it is still an excessively high fee. Ridiculous

Spent 3 nights in there and satisfied! Very polite and helpful staff, almost perfect breakfast with good services, easy to reach by car, quiet at nighttime. Recommended to use their restaurant, as the food was really tasty and safe (important in India!). Liked this place!

The staff were extremely friendly but the hotel needs updating

Good hotel, considering its a 3 star hotel. Excellent location, smallish rooms, comfortable stay, great food from the restaurant. Suitable enough for solo or business travelers.

Overall, an ok stay but quite disappointing otherwise. Elevator is old, rooms are small. Staff not helpful at all.

Horrible experience. Staff is incompetent and scammers. Room not maintained well, no body wash, shampoo or toilet paper. Paid 7k for 2 nights and additional 3k for extra person? Ridiculous. Went to check in at 1am and the guy is sleeping? Seriously! Booked a room with queen bed and have us 2single bed together (with wheels) so it kept moving during sleep. This is what they call 4 star boutique hotel? Don’t waste your money!

Nice cosy hotel

The staff were exceptionable, very polite, and accommodating The restaurant serves great food, and the wait staff are very attentive.

Had bed bugs in bed woke up multiple red marks all over legs and bumps.

Perfect just far way from city

I stayed at this hotel for just one night after arriving from London Heathrow (LHR) before my early morning domestic flight out of Mumbai. The location is perfect—very close to the airport, which made my connection effortless. The room was clean and comfortable, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful even with my late-night arrival. If you need a convenient, hassle-free stay near CST airport for an overnight layover, this is an ideal choice. Would happily book again for future transfers!

Excellent hotel in that price range and excellent service.

Comfortable overnight stay for an early morning flight. Good location close to the T1 airport. Added advantage that they had their own restaurant - which was handy due to the relentless Mumbai rains that day . Quirky retro decor.
