I am an owner of a company in the service industry. There were two staff in particular that made my visit exceptional - Ajay (pool area) and Palwinder (sardarji at front desk). When I first entered the lobby, Palwinder was professional and provided excellent customer service. When I walked through the lobby various times, he always acknowledged and greeted myself and other guests. I highly recommend staying here. There is a view of the taj mahal from the skydeck. In the pool area, you can order drinks, food, etc.

Something very unusual: Most rooms don't have a window to the outside. Instead, the window goes to the hallway. To secure your privacy you have to close the curtains all day. No daylight at all. Other than that it's a good hotel with some patina.

Hotel was OK, not up to the normal Taj standard. Hotel needs renovation and updating, TV quality in the room was poor. Breakfast was very disappointing, not enough choice for an international hotel. All the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

We have had a wonderful stay at the Tajview Hotel. Our room is lovely, with an amazing view of the Taj Mahal. The swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing swim after a day of sightseeing. Best of all was dinner at the rooftop restaurant, Sky Deck, where we enjoyed a delicious vegetarian platter (special thanks to Head Chef Krishna). Such a special memory to enjoy a lovely dinner with a view of the Taj Mahal at sunset All the staff have been so warm and welcoming, especially Sebastian at reception and Amit at the Sky Deck restaurant. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for a visit to the Taj Mahal. Unfortunately the room booked was very dirty and cleanliness was an issue. Dirty pillow covers and bathroom. We reported immediately and cleaners were sent, however this wasn't a great first impression. Eventually our room was changed to a bigger cleaner room with a view of the Taj Mahal, which was a nice gesture. If visiting the Taj Mahal it's a convenient location and only 5mins ride in a rickshaw.

Good hotel but the food and drinks were way overpriced for what you got. It had a great pool and lovely, attentive staff and wasn’t far from the Taj Mahal. Having said that I would not recommend venturing out of the hotel, there are aggressive people on you as soon as you leave the hotel. Use uber or the hotels transportation (but that again is very over priced). All in all I’d recommend staying here as it’s a bit of an oasis in the madness of Agra, but be aware of the over priced food and drink

We had a lovely stay at Tajview Agra. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted so warmly and made to feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a king room with a view of the Taj Mahal — which was truly appreciated and made our stay even more special. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and well-appointed. The hotel overall is clean, classy, and beautifully maintained. After a long day visiting the Taj Mahal and touring Agra city, the relaxing poolside area was the perfect place to unwind. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Agra — it truly enhanced our experience.

The room was nice, but we had a couple of issues that were the reason we did not give the hotel 4 stars. First, the AC in the room really did not work. The room always felt hot even at night. We were upgraded to a junior suite on the top floor, but the temperature in the room was not pleasant. The other issue was that on the Saturday there was an Indian wedding in the pool/garden area below our room and for many hours in the afternoon and into the late evening we heard very loud music and booming bass. We did call the front desk at about 20:30 and they said they would ask them to turn down the bass, which they did… a little. It was after 10pm before it was quiet. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet was mostly Indian food, but they had pastries and fruit. There was a refrigerator in the room, but it was not cold at all. The rainfall shower was amazing though! It is just 5 minutes or so from the Taj Mahal, which was convenient.
