We spent s couple nights and enjoyed the spa after visiting the Taj Mahal ~ which you can actually admire from their balcony. The staff was very helpful and friendly, we were close to the shopping area and restaurants

The property is absolutely stunning, with elegant architecture and beautifully maintained surroundings that create a truly luxurious atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the live Santoor performance, which added a serene and enchanting touch to our stay. The continental breakfast was exceptional, offering an impressive selection along with interactive live cooking stations. The tranquil morning ambiance was simply unparalleled, making each day begin on a perfect note. The staff were highly professional, exceptionally courteous, and genuinely attentive. Their impeccable manners, warm hospitality, and willingness to assist made our experience even more memorable. Overall, it was an outstanding stay, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking comfort, elegance, and world-class service.

Very nice hotel in general and amazing breakfast. We booked a room with one king size bed and a single bed but there was no bed - only a sofa. We then had to ask them to bring one in which took a while. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of foods and drinks and the chef and staff catered for my gluten free and dairy free diet straight away! I was also impressed with the facilities - a swimming pool, gym, spa, etc... We were promised a free drink at the rooftop bar only to find that it was closed and since we were only staying one night, we never got it. Overall, a great hotel with good service and facilities.

We stayed for a night in an upgraded room with the view of the Tajmahal. The room was a little run down with unclean carpets. Fekt like a little old place in general. Staff was courteous.

When we arrived at check-in time, our room wasn’t ready. So that was the only negative since we traveled quite a distance and arrived at the appropriate time. Aside from that, our stay was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious.

It’s a nice hotel with friendly and supporting staff. It’s a bit old and some renovation would help especially with the smell of stagnant humid air in the room. Other than that we didn’t use any amenities and just rested there between the sightseeing trips.

Extremely disappointing toiletries and housekeeping standards. On the first day, there were cheap local white toothbrushes in the room, something I would expect even in an OYO hotel. On the second day, there was not a single toiletry item in the bathroom. When I called the lobby manager, the only response was a simple “sorry.” At no point did it feel like I was staying at a Taj property. Very poor experience and far below the standards expected from the brand.
