We had a lovely stay at Tajview Agra. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted so warmly and made to feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a king room with a view of the Taj Mahal — which was truly appreciated and made our stay even more special.
The room was spacious, very comfortable, and well-appointed. The hotel overall is clean, classy, and beautifully maintained. After a long day visiting the Taj Mahal and touring Agra city, the relaxing poolside area was the perfect place to unwind.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Agra — it truly enhanced our experience.

We always stay at the Taj view Agra. This was our 3rd visit. Sebastian is very good, she is welcoming, helpful and informative. We loved the hotel dogs. Home from home. Everything was amazing and more than what we expected.

Everyone I met was welcoming and nice! I had a nice stay, the only complaint I have was that the wifi is not working and the shower handle doesn't stay up.

The room was nice, but we had a couple of issues that were the reason we did not give the hotel 4 stars.
First, the AC in the room really did not work. The room always felt hot even at night. We were upgraded to a junior suite on the top floor, but the temperature in the room was not pleasant. The other issue was that on the Saturday there was an Indian wedding in the pool/garden area below our room and for many hours in the afternoon and into the late evening we heard very loud music and booming bass. We did call the front desk at about 20:30 and they said they would ask them to turn down the bass, which they did… a little. It was after 10pm before it was quiet.
The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet was mostly Indian food, but they had pastries and fruit. There was a refrigerator in the room, but it was not cold at all. The rainfall shower was amazing though! It is just 5 minutes or so from the Taj Mahal, which was convenient.

Nice hotel with Taj Mahal view from rooftop bar. Good location for visiting the Taj Mahal with good restaurants a short drive away. You do still hear some road noise as the hotel is on a main road but it is minimal. Rooms clean and staff are friendly. Breakfast was nice and the hotel can make you a packed breakfast if you need to leave the hotel before breakfast starts. There are also some resident dogs who are very friendly.

Everything at this property was wonderful! Unfortunately I had gotten sick before coming and they would frequently offer to bring soothing hot drinks to the room. They could easily accommodate the fact that I have difficulty with spicy food. They helped us to arrange days out and transpiration. Overall a fantastic experience! Not to even mention the view of the Taj!

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und Raju der für den Bereich Main hall verantwortlich ist hat sich um unser Gepäck gekümmert. Überhaupt ist das Personal in diesem Hotel hervorragend. Auch das Zimmer und Hotelgelände ist super. Leider war der Poolbereich gesperrt. Die Dachterrasse ist auch wirklich schön.
Außerdem ist es sehr gut gelegen.

The hotel is overall nice with a few downsides. The room was great and clean, but a faint mouldy smell was detectable when entering the room. The staff was very kind and attentive, but the management didn’t seem to have a full grasp of the operation. We saw a suited manager (presumably) scolding the staff in public, and one morning at breakfast the system seems to have broken down e.g., we had to wait 30min for coffee and our food to order was either missing or super late.

Hotel is extremely clean and service is top notch. They are accommodative to anything you want - Just ask for it and they will get it done without hesitation. Food was great as well and the chef (Pragyan) personally ensures you like your meal.
