Very pleasant stays in the heart of Jakarta! I got the 8th floor with city view, such a beautiful landscape from the window. Facilities were great. Decent breakfast located in J. Co Reserve with proper choices of a la carte menu. Staff were very warm and helpful. Room was pretty spacious and very clean, with complete amenities supplies. Will come back again for the next stay. Nicely located in the city center, next to multiple malls, MRT, LRT, and to enjoy Sunday CFD. The old building is ok for a short stay where location access is a priority.

The sink was very small, so water would spill onto the floor when washing your face or brushing your teeth. The room wasn't soundproof, so the noise from outside was disruptive. The à la carte breakfast concept didn't allow for freedom of choice and additional food. The in-room Wi-Fi was slow. Otherwise, it was good.

It was pleasant, but the room was very small. The faucet in the sink was too big, not matching the small size of the sink, so you have to be careful when opening the faucet so that the water doesn't spill out of the sink. The shower head seemed clogged so the water wasn't very strong. Overall, it was pleasant because the staff were friendly and helpful, and access to everywhere was close 🥰🥰🥰🥰

A comfortable hotel for a short stay/business trip. Located in the heart of Jakarta, close to GI, PI, HI, and several MRT stations (walking distance). Although the hotel is on the main Sudirman road, the hotel is quite soundproof. I have conveyed the hotel's shortcomings to the Receptionist upon check out - for example: Cups or glasses for tea/coffee were dirty and smelly (they were given new ones when I reported on day 1). The kettle for hot water was also crusty and smelly. My bedlinen was a little stained. The breakfast was also quite good - a la carte not buffet. Although the choices were limited, but delicious with the menu at J.Co cafe. But overall, it was a good stay. Especially for those who want to make an appointment via VFS Italy - only a 2-minute walk or the VFS building next to the hotel.

I stayed here in 2023 and it was great. A lot has changed now, but the only changes are the lobby and reception area. The rooms are still the same. Overall, it was pleasant, but I arrived when the road (in front of the hotel) was being repaired and there was excavation, so it was a bit dusty and noisy.

The AC wasn't cold enough. The carpet in the room had some dirty corners. But fortunately, we got a city view. Breakfast wasn't buffet-style, and we only got coupons for a menu that could be exchanged at JCO because the hotel is affiliated with JCO, so it wasn't very impressive. The menu selection was limited.
