2 Stars Hotels in South Palu, Palu

Stay here 3 nights, Many things need to be improve. Room was spacious, Aircon cool but I got a dull bed cover and bed sheet (stain here and there), not-white towel, dusty-miserable bed side lamp, electricity up & down while I am sleeping, super slow internet connection in room, I also can hear someone snoring next door. I only try breakfast once because tasteless, cold dish on hot station. Even local nasi kuning have much better quality. Staff in egg station don't know what "sunny side up" is. I think the owner of BW Palu need to invest in refreshment of linen, towel, equipment, and proper maintenance to make this hotel in a good shape again. I see BW Palu as a busy hotel means good performance in terms of financial but lack of maintenance and refreshment of the property. Will I come back? Definitely a big no, if you just keep it as it is without any refreshment. Please do some care with your property to make BW Palu better again. I have been here before, but not with this current condition.

Nice food, clean room, the smell in lobby very good.

The staff was convinced they had given us an extra towel that was then missing, and it became a big deal to try and sort out. The staff seemed more concerned with finding a towel, that wasn't even nice, than with customer service.

the accommodation was great and very comfortable .. next time if I come to Palu, this hotel will be my 1st option to stay .. the price, room and service 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
