I was sleeping soundly when I woke up at 2 a.m. because I was bitten by a cockroach. What kind of hotel is this? 😅 The entire place is full of cockroaches. Bringing a small child makes me nervous about being bitten by a cockroach while sleeping like their father. The management will definitely respond soon, apologizing for using template words but no action. Anyway, the point is, I'm sorry to stay here and won't recommend this hotel to anyone. For those who want to stay here, I suggest you think twice.

Spacious room. Everything is there. A slight downside is the shower drain, which isn't very smooth, but thankfully it still flows. Some of the AC remote batteries were dead, but swapping them from another remote is a solution. Overall, I recommend it. I'll probably book again when I'm in Jakarta again.

This stay was not pleasant because it was crowded... The elevator was very crowded, towels were given the next day, the room door was broken, and no one answered the room phone when I called the staff. It was really bad.

Desperately needs pest control! I got small roaches roaming around the bathroom and even the bedding! Too tired to ask for a room replacement, so I just killed some of the pests, but in the morning there were still some.

The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is a service apartment with complete facilities, clean kitchen utensils. They even provided a laundry machine, iron, and board. The room itself was huge and so comfortable. The city lights view at night was beautiful.
