The hotel is old and needs renovation. We were in rooms 2702 and 2706. The horror reviews are true, because we experienced the same thing: it was haunted. The food was good, though.

Check-in took a long time, they said 15 minutes but it turned out to be an hour. After checking in for a long time, the kitchen, bathroom, third bedroom, and TV area were full of small cockroaches. Even when I was about to sleep, the cockroaches were stuck to the wall. It was dangerous to be afraid of getting in my ear. The elevator didn't work well at first, so when there were a lot of guests it wasn't optimal, waiting for half an hour. And towels weren't available when I first checked in, so I asked for them in the afternoon and came around 9 PM. Breakfast was okay, but the service was still inferior to a 3-star hotel. This was my first and last stay here, and it was a bad experience for me and my family. It's true that you get what you pay for.

A place suitable for a group of people because there are a lot of small room in the apartment. It has facilities for cooking however the refrigerator was not in good condition. It splash water when i closed it. They did replace the room to a nicer one and i thankful for that. 🙏

Just a suggestion: If you're staying here on a motorcycle, park in the building next door. There's flat-rate overnight parking, compared to the fixed rate at the Aryaduta building itself. And only car parking is free.

Overall stay here is my 4th time and the facilities, staff are all okay and very friendly... It's just that there are things that need attention for the breakfast menu.. Honestly, it's still very lacking in variety for that price, and the menu is always the same every day, so people get bored easily.
