When checking in, the security guard was silent, and only after I asked for help did they come. Because I had to rush to get breakfast from takeout and pick it up at the receptionist, the receptionist gave it to me without a smile, didn't say a word, didn't even show his face to us, instead he was doing something, especially the man.

I swear for what reason staying here was not disappointing. Why? Because I had the worst experience booking this hotel ticket, I chose the wrong date😭 and the best experience was the staff was willing to help me to move to the right date for me to arrive at the hotel😭 and honestly if I go to Jakarta again I will definitely come back to stay here because I was so touched by the hotel service, oh my God 💯💯💯 the best. Especially for Kak Romano, thank you very much for being willing to help and being bothered🫶🏻🙏🏻 don't forget the cleanliness of the hotel, the breakfast is very satisfying.
