Have stayed at this hotel several times, because of friendly prices, plus friendly staff typical of Sundanese people. always smile. From us down in the lobby to the room, smile and help always and if lazy everywhere. Stay the way even though only with flip flops. To the front of the hotel turn right, just choose snacks. The famous cute pancake until Sundanese food is really good. Will always come back to this hotel again.

Alhamdulillah dari 4 kamar hanya 1 yang kurang enak, kamar di pojok agak berbau kurang sedap, sarapan enak dan banyak serta pelayanan baik. Hanya sedikit kecewa, saya request untuk connecting room tapi tidak terpenuhi, minta kamar bersebelahan pun akhirnya mencar-mencar, dan minta untuk late check out karena late check in namun tidak terpenuhi juga. Semoga berikutnya bisa kembali ke hotel ini dengan pelayanan, kebersihan dan kebijakan yang lebih baik lagi.

It says 4 stars but feels 1 star. Parking is paid per day. The air conditioner wasn't cold, only the wind came out until I had to move rooms, and even then my husband asked for it. Stay on Chinese New Year holidays, take a Suite room for 2 days. First, I was disappointed because the curtains were very thin, so the sunlight entered the room directly. Then the bathroom shower head was so low, that I couldn't take a shower. TV also most of the shows are not clear. Then the most disappointing thing is when we want to borrow plates and spoons, we are required to pay rent for these cutlery. It's just borrowing, usually in other hotels it's free to borrow cutlery. Then it was also very disappointing when I was about to leave the hotel, it turned out that the car park was paid for at this hotel. Menginap pada liburan Imlek ambil kamar suite 2 hari. Pertama sudah kecewa karna gorden sangat tipis, sehingga cahaya matahari langsung masuk ke kamar. Kemudian pancuran shower kamar mandi sangat rendah, sehingga saya tidak bisa mandi. TV juga sebagian besar acaranya tidak jernih. Kemudian yang paling mengecewakan di saat ingin meminjam piring dan sendok, kita diwajibkan membayar sewa untuk alat-alat makan tersebut. Itu cuma pinjam lho, biasanya di hotel-hotel lain bebas pinjam alat makan. Lalu sangat mengecewakan juga saat hendak keluar hotel, ternyata parkir mobil berbayar di hotel ini. The room is not comfortable, the air conditioner can't be set at first it starts to smell because the carp is rotten in my opinion it smells from the carpet, the sofa is also not a recipe for sitting on it looks shabby and the lighting is lacking. The hotel feels horror.

So far ok menginap di sini, cuma saya gak merasakan pelayanan bintang 4 dan harga high season dari reception nya. Baik waktu saya check in atau check out. Pelayanan paling ramah ada di bellboy dan bahkan masih lebih baik di waitress breakfast dibandingkan reception nya.

Alhamdulillah dari 4 kamar hanya 1 yang kurang enak, kamar di pojok agak berbau kurang sedap, sarapan enak dan banyak serta pelayanan baik. Hanya sedikit kecewa, saya request untuk connecting room tapi tidak terpenuhi, minta kamar bersebelahan pun akhirnya mencar-mencar, dan minta untuk late check out karena late check in namun tidak terpenuhi juga. Semoga berikutnya bisa kembali ke hotel ini dengan pelayanan, kebersihan dan kebijakan yang lebih baik lagi.

It says 4 stars but feels 1 star. Parking is paid per day. The air conditioner wasn't cold, only the wind came out until I had to move rooms, and even then my husband asked for it. Stay on Chinese New Year holidays, take a Suite room for 2 days. First, I was disappointed because the curtains were very thin, so the sunlight entered the room directly. Menginap pada liburan Imlek ambil kamar suite 2 hari. Pertama sudah kecewa karna gorden sangat tipis, sehingga cahaya matahari langsung masuk ke kamar. Kemudian pancuran shower kamar mandi sangat rendah, sehingga saya tidak bisa mandi. TV juga sebagian besar acaranya tidak jernih.
