The hotel is poorly maintained, which is regrettable, especially considering the rainy season and the abundance of millipedes (luwing). Instead of anticipating this, it seems like it's being ignored. The family room is extremely poorly maintained, with a torn sofa and dirty floors. The millipedes even entered the room, even though it's on the second floor, due to the sheer number of them. Worse still, there are people with a phobia of small crawling creatures like caterpillars and luwing. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the hotel and the owner simply said, "Why are you screaming and disturbing others?" "Please," that's the spontaneous response of someone with a phobia. We don't expect a hotel at this price to be so filthy, it's inferior to hotels costing around 500,000 rupiah. Honestly, I'm very disappointed with the service I received regarding my complaint. That's how disappointed I am. The hotel has offered no apology or initiative to find a solution. In the end, I was the one who thought about what to do because the mosquitoes had also entered the room I'd booked. At that time, it was impossible to change hotels due to the traffic jam and the cars being stationary. Finally, I asked to move rooms and got a cleaner one, even though I couldn't add another bed. It was okay, even though the mosquitoes were still in one or two rooms. I quietly grabbed them so my phobia wouldn't be noticed. The next day, we moved to a nearby area (2 km from this hotel). It was safe, no insects whatsoever. So, to the owner who offered no apology or good intentions whatsoever, instead saying, "It's like this everywhere; just look there, there'll be lots of them. Let them move hotels instead of screaming here." I'm sorry, but this is the only hotel like this. I asked my other friends, and none of them have had a bad experience like this. So, for those who want to stay here if you're afraid of mosquitoes, it's better not to, because there are thousands of them and the hotel staff will think they're weird. And if you want to stay overnight, choose another room near the pool because it is cleaner, not the family room.

The place was superb, quiet, and comfortable. Our room was clean and very spacious. Staff was super friendly and informative. Will definitely come again someday.

Everything is nice. Miss Mei made sure that everything is fine and comforting for me. The villa is good, the surrounding is very good, nice view to overlook the mountain and sea from the balcony.

Overall enak, cuma lokasinya yang memang agak tertutup dan tidak ada tanda dari lokasi hotelnya ketika sudah dekat. 🙏

Gak jadi nginap: tidak ada front office, gelap, kotor dan lain-lain. Pindah hotel walau no refund.

+: Tempatnya sangat estetik. Dari kamar kami bisa melihat pulau bali. Kamarnya juga luas. Kami menginap 2 malam dengan 2 kamar. Jumlah keseluruhan kamar di hotel ini tidak banyak, jadi terasa sangat private. Staff sangat helpful.-: breakfast perlu diperbaiki. Kurang variasi dan kurang tasty. Karena banyak taman dan tanaman di hotel ini, banyak kemungkinan yang bisa terjadi seperti tiba-tiba di malam kedua di kamar kami ada binatang tokek yang sangat berisik dan menakuti anak kami yang masih kecil. Istirahat kami jadi terganggu. But overall, menginap di sini cukup menyenangkan. Terima kasih Bangsring Breeze.

This hotel is unique and one of a kind. It gives Indonesian ambience through the interior of hotel. It is private and quite. If you like this kind of ambience, you better come here. It has a lot of stairs from parking spot to your room. It is quite difficult if you go with someone who is older than 60 years old or someone who is not fit. It happens with my parents when I came here. Breakfast is good. The menu is standard but the taste is awesome. It is provided with large portion as well. It has outdoor bathroom. For me, I am not comfortable to get naked in outdoor 😅. However it is unique experience.

Perfect for relaxing and getting rid of saturation.

This resort has only 5 bed rooms. I experienced power (PLN) outage 5 times within 3hrs made me to checkout a day earlier. According to a hotel staff they have no standby generator.

We stayed this hotel for one night and it was great. The diving experience will need to be improved, as well as room plumbing (hot water) and adding a nice bathtub in the room.

The location is far from banyuwangi city, about 19 km. If to find a quiet holiday away from the city crowd, here is perfect. The scenery is almost around a good location bgt, partly seen the top of the forest trees, mountains of ijen and roar, and the Bali strait and the island diangan were seen. The food is tasty, but with a taste note for the taste of foreign tourists, but still strong enough also for domestic tourists. Breakfast can be located where we wrote aja hehehe aja ... breakfast is also ala carte. Perhaps the only drawback is the number of rooms only 5, even when I look around being built 2 rooms bunglaow again complete with additional 1 pool again. Very satisfied to stay here

Hotel Resort 5 rooms cool with shade trees and a beautiful View on the hill is suitable after a weary drive the long journey spacious room, a comfortable bed. The bathrooms are spacious, unfortunately not equipped with a bathtub.

Amazing. I want to book here again at the end of the year.
