1. Check-in took almost 2 hours to get a room. I booked the day before. I'm still waiting for the room.
2. When I got the room, the AC was HOT. Error. I called twice before the technician arrived.
3. The building is connected to an apartment building. So the elevator took a long time. Because the hotel is on the 27th floor and above, I got it on the 32nd floor.
4. I left the key in case it wouldn't work. When I got to my room, it was an error. I had to go down again to refresh my card.
5. On the second day, I asked for the room to be cleaned in the morning before leaving. I returned to the hotel at 3:00. The room hadn't been cleaned. VERY DIRTY.
I stayed 4 days and 3 nights, by the way.

The hotel was comfortable, and the rooms were also comfortable. The staff was friendly.
Housekeeping needs to be evaluated. Room cleanliness needs to be improved. Upon check-in, the table and other items were dusty, and the bathroom still had towels from previous guests.
Cleanliness needs to be further evaluated.
However, the hotel is highly recommended for a staycation.

Had a great night, the gym was awesome, not like many other hotels. This one has at least 7 machines, including smith, dual cables, lats pulldown, leg presses, etc.

When I entered the room, the floor had just been mopped, but when it was dry, my feet still felt dirty when I stepped on the floor. The service was friendly, the response was fast, there were lots of TV shows to choose from, the view was of North Jakarta, there was a hair dryer, only the cupboard handle was loose because the bolt was missing. When I sat on the toilet, there were several cables hanging down on the left wall that were not covered with tape.

The staff is helpful, easy access, booked a deluxe king room and was given an executive room because it was busy, they said. The hot water and minibar are really good. There is free parking. The staff at the restaurant who was manning the waffle stall were very friendly, I forgot the first letter of his name, Mr. K looks like a senior chef, the other staff are also friendly. If you are looking for comfort and there is an event at Ancol/JIExpo, this is really good in my opinion. The only downsides are the elevator is slow and there are very few sockets in the room, and for a big meal the breakfast is not very varied.

1. Check-in took almost 2 hours to get a room. I booked the day before. I'm still waiting for the room.
2. When I got the room, the AC was HOT. Error. I called twice before the technician arrived.
3. The building is connected to an apartment building. So the elevator took a long time. Because the hotel is on the 27th floor and above, I got it on the 32nd floor.
4. I left the key in case it wouldn't work. When I got to my room, it was an error. I had to go down again to refresh my card.
5. On the second day, I asked for the room to be cleaned in the morning before leaving. I returned to the hotel at 3:00. The room hadn't been cleaned. VERY DIRTY.
I stayed 4 days and 3 nights, by the way.

The hotel was comfortable, and the rooms were also comfortable. The staff was friendly.
Housekeeping needs to be evaluated. Room cleanliness needs to be improved. Upon check-in, the table and other items were dusty, and the bathroom still had towels from previous guests.
Cleanliness needs to be further evaluated.
However, the hotel is highly recommended for a staycation.

Had a great night, the gym was awesome, not like many other hotels. This one has at least 7 machines, including smith, dual cables, lats pulldown, leg presses, etc.

When I entered the room, the floor had just been mopped, but when it was dry, my feet still felt dirty when I stepped on the floor. The service was friendly, the response was fast, there were lots of TV shows to choose from, the view was of North Jakarta, there was a hair dryer, only the cupboard handle was loose because the bolt was missing. When I sat on the toilet, there were several cables hanging down on the left wall that were not covered with tape.

The staff is helpful, easy access, booked a deluxe king room and was given an executive room because it was busy, they said. The hot water and minibar are really good. There is free parking. The staff at the restaurant who was manning the waffle stall were very friendly, I forgot the first letter of his name, Mr. K looks like a senior chef, the other staff are also friendly. If you are looking for comfort and there is an event at Ancol/JIExpo, this is really good in my opinion. The only downsides are the elevator is slow and there are very few sockets in the room, and for a big meal the breakfast is not very varied.
