Best Western Senayan

The staff was friendly and the location was very strategic. Unfortunately, there were no towels available upon check-in and I had to ask for them. The bathroom also smelled a bit.

There are 2 choices of standard room types (standard no window and standard). I chose the standard one, I thought there was a window but it turned out not to be, maybe it could be written as standard no window for all to avoid misunderstandings, I tried calling the FO but they didn't pick up, only called twice, the sound of people talking on the street is very audible, the hair dryer died when used at night but used in the morning it was fine, the TV channels couldn't connect to YouTube, many charging places were loose, charging the S24 Ultra type cellphone was difficult, I asked for a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room, it's ok, maybe it wasn't available because it was full. The hotel service is good, the food is very varied, easy access to GBK, only 15 minutes walk, the bathroom amenities are very good, there is a welcome drink, there are many good things, 7/10

I stayed for 2 days in a family room, the room was very big/spacious, clean, there were 3 beds that were also big, the bathroom was separate from the toilet so it was nice, no need to queue if someone had to go to the toilet, towels and toiletries were complete and clean. The food in the restaurant was very varied from western to traditional, my kids really liked it there. Incidentally, I have stayed there twice, last year. That's why I took this hotel again, the access is very easy, there are 2 big malls that are shopping options. The staff is friendly and quick to respond, when the bathroom fan broke down they were quickly fixed, needed an iron quickly delivered, basically very satisfied. Next time if I have a staycation with my family, God willing, I will be at this hotel again. Maintain or improve the service. Thank you.

A super friendly hotel and close to everywhere, especially if you want to go to GBK, it's super close.

The location is indeed strategic, but in my opinion the price and conditions are not comparable. The next room had several times the sound of objects colliding which was very clearly audible because it turned out the walls were only made of partition material and also the price of the room was like that but the room had no windows.

Very close to GBK, so it's not too difficult to take part in running events.

The room is large enough for three people. The shower is also spacious. It's that easy and close to the mall. It's also close to the sports area. The proximity to everything is top-notch.

Second time staying here. Perfect for those having an event in Senayan.

The location is great, very close to GBK and Senayan and the breakfast was quite good. However, the room was not soundproof at all, I could clearly hear noises from the next room, even from the bathroom. When I first arrived, there were no towels, no bath mat and no slippers in the room. I had to request them, and when they finally brought it, they only gave me one towel, which even smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff said towels were still at the laundry, but by then it was already 2:30 PM. Hopefully the hotel can improve these aspects in the future

We chose to stay near Senayan because there were several events taking place there. We chose BW Senayan based on reviews. The photos circulating showed a view out the window, so we thought it was worth a try. When we first arrived at our destination floor, we were immediately convinced that our experience wouldn't be pleasant. First, the rooms on our floor weren't arranged like a hotel. Typically, hotels have a long hallway with rooms on either side. You can usually see if anyone or anything is in the hallway. This wasn't the case. The rooms were arranged in a grid pattern, arranged according to the floor's area. To get to our room, we had to make several turns. At the end of the hallway, there was a room, and a short turn later, another hallway parallel to the first. The hotel is actually located above the STC mall, so it's natural that the rooms are designed and arranged to fit the available space. But the hallways create a mysterious atmosphere. For example, if you're a woman, you'll wonder if there's anyone around the corner. Not to scare you, but that's just the way it is. Second, upon entering the room, we were immediately dissatisfied. As soon as the door opened, we were greeted by a very dark room. After turning on the light, we realized why it was so dark. There were no windows, so the only source of light was the lamp. Without the light, the room would naturally be damp. During our stay, we went in and out of the room several times. Imagine: it's very bright outside, but when you open the door, you feel like you're in a cave. Third, the room's cleanliness was lacking. It also wasn't fresh because there was never any sunlight coming in. This is a big minus in my opinion. I don't know if the other rooms have windows, but the rooms on the south wall don't. The rooms on the middle floor are also there, as this hotel is essentially a converted mall. Fourth, there are three showers. This is a bonus. However, the water flow is rather slow, and one of the showers leaked at the connection, resulting in a significant amount of wasted water. Nevertheless, the hot water was plentiful. Plus: the restaurant menu is varied and quite delicious. The location is very strategic in central Jakarta. If you have business around Senayan, this hotel's location is excellent. Suggestion: Give every room sunlight. Even if the view is just a highway, rooftops, or whatever, as long as the sun shines in, it's amazing.
