The power went down for at least 5 times at night, and there seem to be no one responsible. I search for someone at receptionist but I found no one, I called 3 phone numbers available on web but no one answered. I had to find the circuit breaker my own and turn it back on 5 times, and it was raining.

pretty good room but receptionist was rude. towel was dirty there was even blood. only got 2 towel when there were 4 guests. can't even ask for one more towel. there were no water at first but after it was fixed, it was salty. only got 2 breakfast when there were 4 guests. and receptionist was impolite when giving it. overall, the hotel and room was good but receptionist definitely need to be educated
