Could you please improve the friendliness, especially for the female staff? Also, check the AC again because when I stayed there, the AC was leaking and dripping, the floor was all wet and the sound of the dripping water was so loud that I kept waking up while sleeping. The other facilities are okay! Thank you🙏🏻
