I stayed in room 203, a non-smoking room. The staff at the front desk were very helpful when I checked in late. The fatigue of the long journey and Jakarta's traffic jams was paid off with a comfortable, fragrant, and clean room. Around the hotel area there are many delicious places to eat from Gultik to Japanese food. A short walk is enough to cool off at M Blok Plaza. If you want to walk a little further, there is also Blok M Square. Security and housekeeping are very friendly, greeting and ready to help. Six nights at Denz Premiere was very worth it and I will come back here. Keep improving your quality, Denz Premiere. Thank you.

All the staff and employees were friendly from check-in to check-out. Yes, there was an incident that really disturbed me. I stayed, 2 of my friends were disturbed by spirits when they were about to sleep, it happened twice. As for me, I was stuck in the elevator, I pressed the 1st floor but it didn't go down, I pressed the floor I was stuck, the elevator door wouldn't open, when it opened there was no one at all. So, this is my experience while staying at this hotel. I apologize if there are any mistakes, I will tell this experience, hopefully I am the only one who experienced this incident. Thank you and I apologize.

The room smelled of cigarettes when we checked in, making it hard to breathe. The rooms without windows were very stuffy because the cigarette smell was not clean.
