This hotel is the representative of ‘business mixed with pleasure’ due to its strategic location on the city center and just a walking-distance nearby Center Point Mall, including convenience store also meal-valued restaurants. If you're a backpack traveler or only bring a cabin luggage, deSatu Hotel is the perfect choice. It was noisy in the morning in my neighbor's room. The repeated slamming of the door was clearly audible in my room. When I checked in, I asked for towels, but they weren't delivered from the laundry. There was no soap in the sink. Fortunately, the hotel is conveniently located near a mall. I also had to borrow a hairdryer. The room was extremely small and not soundproof.

Check-in and check-out are fast. Booking through the app is cheaper than booking directly from the hotel. The rooms are small, minimalist, but fully equipped with toiletries and other amenities, and you can even borrow a hairdryer. Breakfast is not provided at this hotel.

The location is very strategic, next to the mall, there are many places to eat. Unfortunately, the room is not soundproof and there are ants. If you are bringing a baby, you should consider looking for another hotel, because it will wake the baby up.

The premium rooms are quite expensive, but they're smaller than the deluxe rooms at other hotels. The rooms are very small and cramped, with no wardrobe, no desk, and only one wooden chair to sit on. Wow, that's truly disappointing.

The staff was helpful, and access to Center Point was easy, as it's located in the same complex. The rooms are quite small; the one I stayed in had a building pillar that was uncomfortable to look at, as if it had been forced into a room. Parking requires some effort, as it's shared with mall visitors; the parking lot around the hotel is often full.
