Note for input on the placement of the elevator exit on the 1st floor and above which is quite risky, close to the window glass. If possible, put a safety bar in front of the window glass so that people (especially small children) cannot hit the glass window.

It's located in the city center, so it's close to everything: the station, the convenience store, and the American Embassy, which I extended my stay there. So, there's no need to worry about staying there.

The room is okay. Clean. The bathroom is not clean but acceptable. Old furniture. There is only 1 elevator which is good. We only use the stairs. Luckily the room is only on level 3.

When I checked in, my room was hot. I waited about 15 minutes for the AC to work, but it was still hot. I reported it to the receptionist, and a staff member arrived shortly after to check the AC. They said they had asked for the AC to be checked that day. Thankfully, the AC started to cool down and became more comfortable. All the staff were friendly and polite.

This is my first time staying here. The room is spacious and comfortable. The shower is good. Access is also easy. It's close to the Cut nya Dien Mosque. The WiFi is a bit slow.

The hotel is quite flexible with check-in, which is a plus. However, the staff's response to room issues was very unsatisfactory. My wife called the front desk three times from the room, but no one answered. When I called from an outside number, I was immediately answered, and the reason was that the room phone was disconnected. Furthermore, when I complained about the TV remote not working, the front desk only promised to follow up, but no staff came to the room until check-out. This lack of responsiveness is truly regrettable. Hopefully, the evening service can be improved.
