I stayed in El Hotel Kartika Wijaya Batu for a week with the whole big family. Everything is so wonderful and excellent. The hotel's vintage vibes, big playground field for kids, big swimming pool, mountain view and Batu cloudy weather and the hotel services was so excellent! I will rate 10 out of 10. Thanks to Ms. Dewi and Ms. Maya who provided great services for our family dinner 😊. Thanks to Mr. Abdul and Ms. Rully in the receptionist desk who are so diligently support me during my check in and check out process. You are the best! And thank you to Ms. Bella who help me with my family laundry😄. For sure next year we will come back inshaaAllah 😄 Thank you so much for giving us memorable holiday experiences 😊

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed at eL Hotel, it is comfortable and beautiful even though it is an old hotel, but the atmosphere is comfortable and looks exotic because it is an old hotel, but it is very good for a staycation.

For a stay with a great view and a very strategic location, it's definitely worth it, especially if you're bringing kids. There's a very clean swimming pool, a playground, and very friendly staff.
The staff is super friendly.
The breakfast is standard, but the menu is very extensive.

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed at eL Hotel, it is comfortable and beautiful even though it is an old hotel, but the atmosphere is comfortable and looks exotic because it is an old hotel, but it is very good for a staycation.

The staff are friendly, the rooms aren't 4star quality due to cleanliness,

For a stay with a great view and a very strategic location, it's definitely worth it, especially if you're bringing kids. There's a very clean swimming pool, a playground, and very friendly staff.
The staff is super friendly.
The breakfast is standard, but the menu is very extensive.
