Booked Deluxe room for 2 nights (200k per night) based on the photos I saw in Traveloka app. Was shocked to see the room upon arriving. Room was super dirty and the bed sheet looked like it was never changed before. I told the receptionist that the room is dirty and she offered me 2 other rooms. And the other rooms were in the same condition. I am not expecting a 5star hotel 200k per night, but come on.. I should at least receive basic hygiene for this price. Well I couldn’t accept the room condition, left within 30mins. And Traveloka is not being helpful with the refund. Well I don’t blame anyone here but myself.

The bedroom is very poorly maintained. There is no ventilation, damp, the mattress is dirty & has blood spots. For the bathroom, the shower has very low water pressure, dirty towels, & minus toiletries. Almost all rooms do not have good air ventilation. And the rooms are only separated by gypsum partitions. Far below the recommended standards for hotel room comfort & health.

The location is close to my business needs. The staff is quite friendly. The check-in process is easy. The parking lot is quite spacious. The room is quite spacious. The bed is quite soft. The AC is cold. Some things that are lacking are. The room is not soundproof, and the walls are not made of brick so there is noise from outside. The wifi is not working. The sheets and bed cover are dirty. The hot water is not hot enough. There is no toothbrush. The walls are dirty, have lots of cracks and are dusty.

For me, this price is too expensive, because the facilities provided are not suitable, the room is too narrow, there is no table, there is no bath soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, there is only soap for washing hands. Sounds from outside can be heard from inside because the walls are not made of brickwork. Maybe what is suitable for room facilities like that is usually only 100 - 120 thousand. Sorry, maybe my review was too honest. 🙏.
