The security was helpful every time we parked the car. The food, especially lontong Medan, was delicious. If there is cereal, having it with milk would be best. Water dispensers around the room were some of the best. Please maintain your hospitality; thank you for the service!

The worst experience I've ever had staying here.
First, the parking is inaccessible.
Second, we asked for the room to be cleaned, but it wasn't completely cleaned; there were still remnants of last night's food left unscrambled.
Third, my shopping bag was missing. I was sure I'd left it in the room when I checked out, but the hotel didn't double-check for any guest belongings.

The security was helpful every time we parked the car. The food, especially lontong Medan, was delicious. If there is cereal, having it with milk would be best. Water dispensers around the room were some of the best. Please maintain your hospitality; thank you for the service!

The worst experience I've ever had staying here.
First, the parking is inaccessible.
Second, we asked for the room to be cleaned, but it wasn't completely cleaned; there were still remnants of last night's food left unscrambled.
Third, my shopping bag was missing. I was sure I'd left it in the room when I checked out, but the hotel didn't double-check for any guest belongings.
