The location is strategic, all the staff are friendly, the lobby is spacious, there's plenty of seating, and the breakfast menu is quite varied and tasty. I deliberately stayed here because of the children's play area and children's pool. I was very happy to get a free upgrade to an executive room. The room was nice, clean, quite spacious, and most importantly, there were no stains or itching. The bathroom also didn't smell. The window views the city of Semarang. Next time I go to Semarang, I might consider staying here again.

Breakfast is amazing, keep it up. The staff is so so friendly. The room is clean. The pool is okay, the kids really like it, but the statue in the pool is vulgar, please reconsider putting the statue of the chest because most of the people swimming are children.

Thank God, the kids enjoyed staying at this hotel. The service was excellent and very friendly. When I arrived and left, the staff always helped me carry my things. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. My only suggestion is that the blankets could be upgraded as they were a bit flat. Otherwise, it was great, God willing. The kids hope to stay at this hotel again in the future. Best of luck to Gets Premiere and its staff.

Just a small suggestion. Yesterday, I was on the 7th floor. I'd like to add some fragrance to the corridors to make them more comfortable. The room also lacked a bit of fragrance when I first entered. Overall, everything was good. Breakfast was also quite varied. Hopefully, Gets Hotel will continue to improve.

I've stayed at Gets 3 times, because it's close to the mall and the city center. The staff are very friendly, every time they meet they always greet them, there are many kinds of breakfast, you must try the chicken porridge. It's really delicious🥰🥰 feedback: the taste of the dimsum is not that good, the roadside ones are much better for a hotel class🙏🏻 maybe the chef can upgrade the taste of the dimsum
