This time, the service was different than before. There was no trolley when we arrived, and room availability was delayed. When we checked in again, only one room was ready; the others had to wait. Even without asking, we weren't immediately informed. Even though it was already 3:15 PM, the room wasn't ready yet.

Stayed 2 nights in one of the Gests rooms. Broken tiles, smelly carpet, loose shower, uncomfortable sleep, lots of strange noises, including the bathroom door opening and closing.
