The location is strategic, all the staff are friendly, the lobby is spacious, there's plenty of seating, and the breakfast menu is quite varied and tasty. I deliberately stayed here because of the children's play area and children's pool. I was very happy to get a free upgrade to an executive room. The room was nice, clean, quite spacious, and most importantly, there were no stains or itching. The bathroom also didn't smell. The window views the city of Semarang. Next time I go to Semarang, I might consider staying here again.

-The food (à la carte) in the restaurant wasn't delicious. -The AC in the Executive Room was hot (the AC unit was yellowing). -The shower area at the swimming pool smelled of urine. -The staff were very friendly. -The chicken noodles for breakfast tasted strange.

The hotel is comfortable, the food is quite varied and delicious, the best thing is that there are swimming facilities and a fairly complete gym, even with a jungle machine, you can refresh yourself after work before going to bed, you can rent a bicycle for an afternoon or morning walk if you want to look for local specialties.

Check-in is easy, staff was helpful. The room was spacious but had a bad smell when entering the room. But the staff was very helpful, bringing a scent to remove the odor.
