I asked for a non-smoking room, and I got one, but the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. I couldn't sleep because the karaoke music was blasting from outside.

I stayed on August 22, 2025, the service and room were without any obstacles or problems, the front desk was very helpful, but what I regret is why I was placed on the 6th floor, because it might be close to a karaoke and/or club so around 2 am the music was very disturbing until the morning so that it made my rest less than optimal, I should have booked a higher floor in the future

It's pretty good for the price, the room is quite good, clean, comfortable atmosphere, easy to find food, if you want to go shopping at the mall, you just have to go downstairs from the room, no need to leave the hotel.

The hotel's location is strategic, near XX1 there are many delicious places to eat that can be accessed by walking for 10 minutes, also near Grand Lucky or Indomaret, but unfortunately the breakfast is not a buffet, the choices are standard fried rice, noodles, etc., waiting at the restaurant can take about 1 hour, but you can ask for it to be delivered to your room, first given room 601 the AC was broken, asked to move given 608, it was nice but the mattress was hard, and the clubbing music from the ktv next door was quite audible if I'm not mistaken it stopped at 4 am 😭, the staff 👍❤️
