Good hotel in a very good location. Really close to my destination to APL Tower, Central Park and this hotel provides you with good sleep and good breakfast overall. Also good service from all personels.

The staff was helpful when I asked to switch our room. They also very friendly.-Our 1st room: dirty carpet, broken phone, and the curtain didn't hang properly. Our 2nd room: dirty carpet (but I got help from the housekeeper to vacuumed it again), torn blanket, and I felt itchy when I was on the bed. The AC & water was OK. Thankfully. They didn't serve face towel & hand soap. There were a lot of flies at the lobby & restaurant. For dinner, we got Goat Fried Rice (it was delicious) and Tjokro Fried Chicken (the fried tempeh & tofu were oily). For breakfast, it was so-so. Not very appealing. Don't get fooled by the Sesame Balls. It was cheese on the inside. The juice also felt like it wasn't from fresh fruit, but from the box. The hotel is located right beside Superindo, in case you need something to buy. Hopefully they can upgrade the cleanliness and the food.

整体来说还是不错的，房间没有异味，早餐种类很多。. 美中不足的是，床上用品没有经过专业清洗，看起来不太美观。. 我提出床上用品需要更换，地毯清洁不彻底以后，前台小姐和负责客房服务的先生态度都非常好！先是给我换了一个不带地毯的房间，然后换了全部的床上用品。为我一个人服务了半个多小时，我对他们的服务态度非常满意 ！.

We're greatfully satisfy been here, the price within Traveloka was great for that big room. Totally easy access to go to Neo Soho, Central Park, Mall Ciputra & Mall Taman Anggrek. Plus, just a next door to Superindo Supermarket. 🤩🥰😇. My notes are only two: the swimming pool depth is 1,5m and 0,8m, too deep for toddler and average Indonesians, which used to prefer playing water rather than swimming itself 🤭. None of kids activity but you can rent in room tent for IDR 350/night, we're not rent it so I couldn't give any reviews. So much lovely thanks for all of your services, we'll love to back there as your staycation guests. 🥰💝

The hotel is quite OK and the availability of smoking rooms is a major plus for me. One thing to improve is the temp at the lobby which is warm and stuffy.
