My room's (620) so noisy because an outdoor ac, can't sleep well and I already book for 2 days here, even the staff trying to get me another room tomorrow but its already difficult to sleep today. They must think for another solution so another guest can sleep well in their hotel. Hope can upload video so all of you can hear this very disturbing noise.

We booked 2 superior rooms and get room 702 and 728. Both rooms were disappointing for a 4 stars hotel. AC not cool enough even though it's already set to 18 degrees. Room 728 very noisy from outdoor AC unit which is right next to the windows. Room 702 even worse. Smells not good when first entered the room. Seems like that room not used for long time. No shampoo, soap, mat and trash bin in bath room. We also found small bug or animal in both room. The carpet also dusty. Cleanliness of this hotel should really be improved. But in term of breakfast it is quite good and lot of choicest. For western food there is pasta, baked beans and baked potatoes. Indonesian food there is fried rice and opor ayam. There is also chicken porridge, bubur candil, bubur susmsum, lontong curry, omelet, bread corner, cereal, pudding, etc. Swimming pool also good and clean.

Cleanliness is the issue. I have the impression that the room is not cleaned properly. Carpet in a sorry state, I am wearing sandals in my room. Sink has few strands of hair remaining from previous guest. The service elevator does not work, they use the main elevator to take out trash.. The hotel is overdue for maintenance.. The staffs are helpful though

The carpet is very very dirty, room is dirty, everything here is dirty. Not recommended at all. Make it more clean please.

Okay really. Want to come here again. Good breakfast, clean rooms, very smooth wifi, the tv doesn't work, really satisfied. Close to CP, TA n CL. On the other hand, there is Superindo, buying things that you forget doesn't make it complicated. Very friendly employees.

Because I happened to have an assignment in the Tanjung Duren area, I tried to find the nearest hotel. In the end I chose Grand Tjokro. And I was surprised to see Pak Aldino again, even though contact had been lost. Because it's close, we share stories. The best Mr. Aldino, success always. The service is getting friendlier, the check-in process is also fast. For the room, a little less for the lighting. But other than that it's good. Clean, fragrant toilet, fragrant bed linen. cold AC. Do not regret stopping at this hotel.
