I've been very happy and have stayed there many times because the price is lower than other hotels. It's close to Pasar Turi Station, Bu Rudy Depot, and Indomaret, which has no parking fees. Drinking water is refilled using a Coway machine, which is not available at other hotels. The bathroom is clean and the towels still smell good and don't look worn. Getting in and out of the hotel is easy, finding parking without any hassle. Check-in and check-out are very fast, you could say lightning fast. Hopefully, if I need to return to the area, I'll stay at this hotel again. Keep up the low prices and 5-star service.

There's never been a problem with the professionalism of the staff. It's just that the hotel smells really bad, aka, it reeks of cigarettes. Even though it's far from a designated smoking area, our room still smelled faintly of cigarettes. The food, especially the pastries, is top-notch! Delicious!

The location is excellent, conveniently close to the city center. The lobby is relatively small, which may feel a little crowded during peak check-in or check-out hours. The room was comfortable and clean, although the bathroom felt a bit compact. The food was good, with decent variety and taste. The only minor inconvenience was the narrow access to the basement parking area—even a Mitsubishi Xpander requires careful maneuvering around the corners. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The only minor inconvenience was the narrow access to the basement parking area, even a Mitsubishi Xpander requires careful maneuvering around the corners. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Overall it's good and worth coming here again if you go to Surabaya, there is a 24-hour KFC near the hotel, suitable for those who suddenly get hungry, walk 5 steps and you're full, not far from KFC there is also a 24-hour Indomaret, very suitable for those who just want to stay at the hotel without worrying about food/snacks
