I've been very happy and have stayed there many times because the price is lower than other hotels. It's close to Pasar Turi Station, Bu Rudy Depot, and Indomaret, which has no parking fees. Drinking water is refilled using a Coway machine, which is not available at other hotels. The bathroom is clean and the towels still smell good and don't look worn. Getting in and out of the hotel is easy, finding parking without any hassle. Check-in and check-out are very fast, you could say lightning fast. Hopefully, if I need to return to the area, I'll stay at this hotel again. Keep up the low prices and 5-star service.

We booked two rooms for two nights. We arrived in Surabaya at 9:00 PM. We were given a smoking room, without being told that the hotel had smoking and non-smoking rooms. It was very uncomfortable. We asked for a non-smoking room for the second night, but they didn't offer it. We decided not to stay there because it was so uncomfortable after seeing the room. The hallway smelled strongly of cigarettes.

One of the best hotels, in terms of price, room ambiance, and service. The surrounding area is also very strategic. Unfortunately, during my stay, I initially booked a non-smoking room, but because I was bringing a toddler, and it turned out to be full, I was told there was no such note. Even though there was one on the app, the hotel provided a room vacuum to reduce the smell of cigarettes. So far, so good.

There's never been a problem with the professionalism of the staff. It's just that the hotel smells really bad, aka, it reeks of cigarettes. Even though it's far from a designated smoking area, our room still smelled faintly of cigarettes. The food, especially the pastries, is top-notch! Delicious!
