A very well located hotel in the middle of the city, view was amazing. I stayed for a brief one night, beautiful mirror art was created by the staff to enhance the experience. Breakfast was alright. Definitely will come back for the view and the good location.

At first I was a bit disappointed because I didn't get a city view room, I ordered a deluxe room because on TikTok it said all deluxe rooms can get a city view of the buildings, but I found out that the bright room got it... But when I entered the room, the GBK view was also really good... It's great if there are concerts, the view is also good, guys, room 4505 is awesome...

I had a very disturbing experience during my visit. While I was at the reception, a staff member named Rendi behaved in an aggressive and intimidating way toward me. He verbally threatened me, which made me feel unsafe and extremely uncomfortable.
No guest should ever be treated this way, especially by someone representing the establishment. I truly hope the management investigates this incident and takes the necessary action to ensure that all visitors are treated with respect and that such behavior never happens again.
Because of this situation, I, unfortunately, cannot recommend this place until proper measures are taken.

At first I was a bit disappointed because I didn't get a city view room, I ordered a deluxe room because on TikTok it said all deluxe rooms can get a city view of the buildings, but I found out that the bright room got it... But when I entered the room, the GBK view was also really good... It's great if there are concerts, the view is also good, guys, room 4505 is awesome...

The staff was very kind and they fulfilled my request for a room overlooking SCBD. Thank you very much. The room was also nice and clean. However, I think a bidet would have been better in the toilet.

I had a very disturbing experience during my visit. While I was at the reception, a staff member named Rendi behaved in an aggressive and intimidating way toward me. He verbally threatened me, which made me feel unsafe and extremely uncomfortable.
No guest should ever be treated this way, especially by someone representing the establishment. I truly hope the management investigates this incident and takes the necessary action to ensure that all visitors are treated with respect and that such behavior never happens again.
Because of this situation, I, unfortunately, cannot recommend this place until proper measures are taken.
