Stay for one night from Palembang before back to Surabaya. The hotel is close to Gambir Station, only about 10 - 15 minutes in the morning (before traffic jam hours begin). The surrounding area has a lot of restaurants and street food stalls. There are many taxis near the hotel if you need it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Horison Arcadia Wahid Hasyim hotel. Good hotel, good and nice location, good & competitive prices, friendly staff. Thanks

A week here doesn't feel like it because it's in the city center, wherever you want to go feels close because of the strategic location, the staff are all friendly and always greet you with a sincere smile, breakfast menus often change every day, market snacks are also the same, I like the black sticky rice porridge and bika ambon, basically it makes us want to come here again because the price of staying is very friendly, outside the hotel there are abundant culinary places, basically it's fun

A star hotel with a pocket-friendly price but has a very strategic location. I have stayed at this hotel several times. The cleanliness of the hotel is maintained, the bedrooms are comfortable, the hotel staff are friendly and the location of the hotel is very close to everywhere. The best hotel if you want to stay in the Thamrin area. If you want to go to Sarinah, it's only a two-minute walk. If you're looking for cheap food, it's right next to the hotel on Jalan Sabang. The hotel is old, it used to be an Ibis, then it was taken over by Horison. If you want to go to the Bundaran HI MRT station or the TJ bus stop, it's also a short walk. While I was there, I used the MRT for culinary trips to Cipete Bima Restaurant, thanks to Nicholas Saputra. Then I went to Blok M, and to GI, and transportation was no longer confusing.

Check in only to rest a bit. Check in was only at 12 in the morning because it was only for a rest and the staff was friendly, the security guard was the best, very friendly. Ordered Astro at 2 am, brought by the security guard. The room was okay, the hot water took a while to come out. But the best thing is there is a hair dryer in each room. Thanks for the hospitality

Old hotel that needs maintenance, the hotel area is dirty, there is only 1 cleaning staff on 1 floor after guests check out, so the next guest has to wait a very long time to check in.

The staff are very friendly and helpful! I suggest that the parking lot is narrow so you have to use valet, but honestly, the wait can be up to 15 minutes. 🥹 The hot water only turns on at night, but I don't know why it doesn't work in the morning. Please improve this 👍🏻😊

Positive reviews: - The hotel is centrally located, easy to get around. - The room is quite spacious, not cramped, and soundproof. - The food is quite tasty. Negative reviews: - The reception staff needs to improve their attitude towards guests and avoid shouting at colleagues. - I only got my room at 2:16 PM, even though I'd been waiting since 1:45 PM. - They forgot to prepare the towels in the room! I had to wait about two hours to get them. I called repeatedly, but was only told to wait without any confirmation. - The bathroom smelled of sewage, which was uncomfortable. - The sink area was a bit dirty, no mat was provided. - The AC leaked. So far, this has been the worst experience I've ever had. Please, Horison. I believe you can do better. Don't let your customers leave negative reviews in the future.

Even though the sink had a problem and the TV is too small, the room is very comfortable for me. The location is very strategic, near Sabang Street (which has a lot of options for food). The price is not too expensive but not too cheap. But overall it is very good.
