I stayed here for 6 nights, overall it was okay, the AC is already using central AC, smart TV, the room is quite good, but some of the furniture needs to be replaced with new ones to make it more comfortable and make guests feel at home. The bedsheets were also slightly torn yesterday and had stains, for yesterday's food during sahur, the rice was quite hard, the food was not too much and the cake was really tough.

As requested, we have conducted an internal investigation into the condition of the linens (stains and tears) and furniture. We have instructed our housekeeping and maintenance departments to immediately rectify and repair these issues to maintain our guests' comfort standards. Regarding the food during Sahur, we deeply regret that the rice and desserts were hard. We are currently evaluating the performance of the kitchen team on duty at that time to ensure this does not happen again.
