Staff named Alfan or Alfian (as attached in the photo) are not friendly at all. If you have any objections to access, just give a new key and ask for a deposit. Maybe there is a personal problem, his face is very grumpy and does not reflect a hotelier at all. Please provide more training. He wears a black jacket, probably equivalent to his DM position. Security is also not helpful, I brought 1 large handbag and suitcase, and getting off the car was a hassle, only to be looked at, not even a trolley was offered. Please review the PT MGM management of these employees.

The security staff in charge on November 14th at 9:00 PM was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I brought 1 suitcase, 1 large handbag and had trouble unloading things from the car and there was not even sympathy to offer help. If Horison Ciledug security can't help with luggage, you should hire a concierge. I booked a room for my colleague and I. My colleague had checked in first and I followed. When I asked for access, he was not even friendly. With a grumpy face, arrogant body language and when communicating, he didn't look at the person he was talking to, this is a very bad attitude for a hotelier. If I have trouble asking for access, just give me a new key and ask for a key deposit. Borrowing an iron until waiting for almost 45 minutes. When extending the stay, the same thing happened. The key given couldn't open the door. I had to go down again. Please, PT Metropolitan Golden Management, the operator of Horison Hotel Group, provide more training to its employees.
