The atmosphere is great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, just in need of some freshening up, like repainting (the walls and ceiling), and perhaps adding a smart TV to make it more appealing.

Nice experience staying in Bumi Wiyata Hotel with the family. Ambiance/Facilities: Although it looks quite old, all the facilities are working very well. Food: The breakfast food and beverages were delicious. Staff Assistance: All the staff assistants were helpful and kind. Highlights: The Wi-Fi access was stable and fast. Price: The price was worth it for the facilities and location. Location: The location is excellent, near to main city and public area, also close to toll access.

The hotel is really old. But the most disturbing thing is, people expect a lot from ⭐ but the breakfast menu choices are monotonous and there are not many choices. Three times I had breakfast at this hotel, I only had fruit, the kids had porridge and rice noodles. It was really disappointing, please improve the breakfast menu, thank you.

This is an honest review because I paid for it myself and experienced it myself and it's not meant to be offensive. I also work in QC and understand very well what constructive criticism and negative criticism are. However, I hope that this hotel, which claims to be the Best MICE hotel, will immediately improve its service and facilities. The service is unfriendly, it took a long time to be visited and served just to ask for towels and clean pillows. I just arrived and paid the transfer but the counter said the room was not available, and when I was taken to the room, everything was dirty, there were dirty sheets, dirty pillows, even the plates and glasses had not been used and were already dirty with dust and stains. Very disappointed, because their administration is also not alert and very complicated, the TV cannot be turned to other channels, the water kettle is too hot and dirty inside. Every time I call to ask for a visit, since I checked in at 2 PM until now at 3:21 PM, still no room boy or housekeeping has come here. VERY MUCH I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VISIT. The balcony view is also dirty and barren. It's too intimidating for foreign guests, very suspicious and like a spy...very disregarding customer privacy.
