The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the AC not cooling enough, but after reporting it, the technician immediately addressed it and advised me to move rooms as repairs might take some time.

This was my first stay at Hotel Dafam Semarang and I received excellent service from the hotel staff. The room was clean and the facilities were well-maintained. There were a few shortcomings with the breakfast menu; it lacked variety and the taste still needs improvement for a four-star hotel. Best of luck to Dafam Semarang.

The staff and security were friendly. The room was a bit stuffy, not fragrant, unlike the 3-star hotel I stayed at last time. Even during my transit at RedDoorz, the room smelled better. The bathroom was a bit clogged, it seemed like the drain in the sink and shower had been stagnant for a while and was a bit dirty, perhaps they had to rush the cleaning. There were quite a lot of food options, but the taste was adequate. Perhaps more staff could be added during the holiday season to avoid overcrowding.
