Overall, it was okay, as this was my fifth stay here. There was only one incident where the elevator was out of service for more than 10 minutes, and the ME officer couldn't be contacted. We ended up taking the freight elevator. The duty manager didn't respond to any of the fatal incidents, which were a disaster for the hotel industry. Need to check the SOPs and performance of GMs and supervisors who were unresponsive or unreported?

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the AC not cooling enough, but after reporting it, the technician immediately addressed it and advised me to move rooms as repairs might take some time.

This was my first stay at Hotel Dafam Semarang and I received excellent service from the hotel staff. The room was clean and the facilities were well-maintained. There were a few shortcomings with the breakfast menu; it lacked variety and the taste still needs improvement for a four-star hotel. Best of luck to Dafam Semarang.
