Hotel dafam is very pleasant, located in the city center, overall is still good and suitable for families. But unfortunately the cleanliness of the pillowcases must be paid more attention, because the room I live in, the pillowcases are very yellow and we asked to change housekeeping, it's also all yellow. We interviewed housekeeping, it turned out that the pillowcases and bolsters were in the laundry outside the hotel. Even though it's a big hotel, why don't you wash it yourself? Room cleanliness is the main key of the hotel. Hopefully in the future it can be even better, this time I give it a 7.5 rating. Thank you hotel dafam.

Overall okay, just surprised on October 8 at 17.20 someone suddenly entered room 905 even though we were inside. How can it be opened freely from the outside that shouldn't be opened if you don't have the room access card. Can all rooms be unlocked with any card? Wow, it's not really safe if it's really like this. The next room had loud music on and it was very loud, noisy.

Dafam, you can improve better. Bad quality room & its furnitures (even though this is a king room suite) When you first entered the room, there was a strange smell. Looks like the smell of paint from the furniture. There is no complimentary water in the room. The toilet was dirty with yellow stain. Ew bed sheet was stained too. I don't know who design the room, but the room design is not very functional. Next to the bed there is no power plug. At the counter where the water heater + glasses and others have no cables + power plugs. Was confused where the water heater cable was, it turned out to be on the corner floor near the sofa. Oh cmon, the shelves for the refrigerator also cannot be closed because the refrigerator is bigger than the shelf. Hopefully dafam can fix this in the future.

Untuk ketiga kalinya menginap di Hotel Dafam, semua masih sama, bagus sungguh menyenangkan. Coba kamar Suite luas kamarnya mantap. Jendelanya bikin lope lope pokoknya. Cuman sarapan manurut saya perlu di tingkatkan dari segi rasa. Terima kasih Dafam

Kamar cukup besar dan nyaman. Kamar mandi bersih, handuk bersih. Staff hotel ramah n helpful. Menu breakfast biasa saja. Perlu ditingkatkan variasi menunya. Lokasi hotel strategis, dekat kawasan simpang lima kota semarang. Kami menginap saat libur lebaran, banyak mobil yang parkir di sisi jalan masuk dan keluar hotel n security tidak ada yang mengatur, sehingga mempersulit akses keluar masuk mobil.
