The hotel is close to everywhere, not scary, the AC is cold, you can get a smoking room on the 9th floor only and the staff at the front desk are very friendly.

I've stayed here several times. The staff is friendly and responds quickly to WhatsApp messages. I had an issue checking in due to a problem with the room lights. I was immediately upgraded to another room.

The staff is good, there is only 1 male staff at the reception who is unpleasant, just laughing in front of guests because of small mistakes, the room is clean and good, only the bathroom has stagnant water that is not smooth for its flow, for breakfast I did not take it because previously I asked the officer during check-in whether breakfast could be delivered to the room but when I called the restaurant area in the morning, it was not delivered to the room unless I was sick. I was disappointed because for breakfast at other places they can deliver to the room even though the menu is only a few
