It's very comfortable and convenient for transit. The rooms are quite small but clean and tidy. It's well worth the price. The shuttle bus service to and from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is excellent.

It's perfect for a transit hotel. There are plenty of food vendors and a minimarket on site. The hotel staff is helpful, and we checked out at 3 a.m., and thankfully, there's free transportation to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

Overall, it was very good: clean, friendly staff, and especially the excellent and varied breakfast.
However, the cleanliness under the bed needs more attention (there's a lot of dust and trash). The bathroom water heater also needs attention.

I was very happy, especially with the free airport shuttle. I'll definitely stay at NEO+ Airport again sometime and will tell my business associates, acquaintances, and even family about it. The food is quite good, and the TV channels are good and there are plenty of choices.
