Its location is the greatest in the heart of the city. This hotel is also what I think Small is Beautiful. Very convenient, surrounded by many restaurants and small eateries. I don't really know where I can find the better budget hotel in the central city of Jakarta.

No shampoo. No toothbrush and toothpaste. Sandals sold separately. Drinking water sharing gallon in the corridor (remaining Covid quarantine procedure). Food by box (not buffet).

Fast check-in process, well informed from FDA, good location with so many restaurants and street food. I know Ibis is a budget hotel but just a suggestion for your hotel, if you provide toiletries, I. E. Toothpaste and toothbrush. Overall good!

The towel is horribly smells bad, no matter how many times i ask for change.
The air conditioner leaking, the table crooked down like it will falls down.
The staff very unprofessional. I need keeping back to reception to extend my key card per day , while day know in system i stay for 3 night.

Strategic hotel in the city center, the room is quite suitable for the price but the access card is a bit difficult to use and the breakfast is not very varied, plus the housekeeping joins the hotel guests for breakfast :(

Quite strategically located. Early check-in is possible with additional cost. Bed sheets and pillows are a bit shabby and need to be replaced. The room is damp and smells a bit.
