This is my first time staying at Ibis Sanggar Palembang. I previously wanted to try it during Eid 2026 but they were all full. Finally, I got it now. I'm very happy here, the service is very satisfying. When I first checked in, I was immediately contacted to ask if everything was complete, which was very much appreciated. The room was also clean and fragrant. The AC was very cool, and the room was fully equipped for a standard room. The service at the swimming pool was also very friendly. The Wi-Fi was fast without lag and there were drinking water refills available in the hallway. The receptionist was also very friendly. Thanks Ibis Sanggar, it's extraordinary 👍🏻
