The app says there's Wi-Fi, but it doesn't work. They said they'd get breakfast, but they didn't. The bathroom smelled. The TV didn't work. There were no tissues. If you're looking for a quiet place, don't stay here, as there's a bar downstairs. Thank you.

Everything was still okay, but there were still many shortcomings in the junior suite room I booked. The refrigerator wasn't cold at all, the TV couldn't be viewed, the bathroom water hole was clogged and the floor was slippery, the electric kettle was unusable, and the cleanliness was lacking. The service was okay, the breakfast menu was okay. It would be better for room occupants/renters not to be burdened with parking fees from the Imperial Hotel. It's not a matter of not wanting to pay, but as a room renter, I think free parking is a facility in all hotels. Please pay more attention to room cleanliness and facilities, and so on. Thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly. The building is old. The room was fairly clean, but the sheets still had drink stains. The TV was blurry, but still usable for watching movies. Suitable for transit accommodation. The room is not soundproof, so other guests' voices can be heard inside. It's a shame the Wi-Fi doesn't work.

The address points to the Aston Imperial Hotel, even though the Aston Hotel doesn't know the address. Please take firm action against the owner of this hotel account. There have been many victims!

The staff is friendly, and they are also kind enough to offer a room because I initially booked a twin room but was advised to change to a single room, but the elevator smells of cigarettes, it's stuffy, the hallway is horrible, the bathroom is too, the shower turns on by itself, the water heater doesn't work, the AC isn't cold at all so the room is really stuffy.. and the parking fee is quite a lot..

Absolutely not according to the advertisement and photos on Traveloka. There is no hot water in all types. Very deceptive (not like the advertisement). The sitting toilet has no spray. It is natural to pee. Very not recommended
