When I arrived at the hotel, my car was valet-parked and I helped unload my luggage. I proceeded to the lobby to check in and it turned out the room I had booked hadn't been prepared (it seemed like I'd missed it), so I had to wait about 15 minutes. It was a bit of a hassle because I had a toddler. When I arrived, my room was clean. It was a bit of a hassle to leave the hotel because of the valet service. The next day, breakfast was divided into two areas, upstairs and downstairs. It was a bit of a hassle getting up and down with a toddler. The food was standard.

The location is close to everything. However, parking is a bit complicated, as you have to use valet parking, which is a bit of a hassle if you have to go in and out of the hotel frequently. And the TV only offers YouTube, as all channels are paid.

Disclaimer: I checked in on a weekday for a one-day work-related stay. What I liked: 1. Check-in at 7:30 PM and I got my room straight away. 2. Room service was very helpful, including replenishing drinking water, cutlery, and an iron. 3. I had more free time to relax and rest because it was open 24/7. Things that could be improved: 1. The walls are a bit thin, so sound from the next room and the one in front of my room could still be heard.
