The best part is the 24-hour stay service at this hotel. The location is very strategic, easily accessible, close to shopping and culinary centers, and close to the city center. The rooms are very clean, tidy, and comfortable, with complete amenities. The interior is unique and modern. The pool and lounge area are comfortable. Highly recommended for a staycation.

Janevalla Bandung has always been my top choice whenever I plan a staycation in the city. I recently stayed there again, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the food menu has been upgraded—the selections were great, and everything tasted delicious. The room ambience remains just as cozy and stylish as ever, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The service is consistently excellent—the staff are always friendly, polite, and very attentive. I think the front office team even recognizes me by now since I’ve stayed here several times! Overall, Janevalla Bandung never fails to impress. I always recommend this hotel to friends visiting Bandung—it’s truly a fantastic place to stay! (Sorry, I didn’t take any photos during my stay—I was too busy enjoying every moment!) 📸✨

One of my favorite hotels for staycation, flexibility check-in and check-out (24-hour stay) and the room vibes are perfect if you want to rest. They have a TV that is connected with the Vidio app so we can choose to watch movies there.

Breakfast was a hassle because it was split between two people, and seating was limited. Even during Ramadan, it's quite crowded, let alone on weekdays. Indoor seating is limited.

I have a very pleasant stay at Janevalla during a 5-day business trip in Bandung. I love the 24-hour stay concept that I don't need to be in a rush to check out before 12 and still can enjoy facilities at the hotel until the very end of my stay. I love the friendly staff. I love the tasty meal during early breakfast aka sahur as I stay during Ramadan with a variety of menus they provide. I also love the concept to refill mineral water at any time the bottle was empty, so I have no worries of running out of water or to buy the extra. I would love to recommend it to the others for the pleasant experience. The location is very strategic, near to my gym club just a walk in distance, to a historical mall in town, also surrounded by some hits restaurant & cafe in Bandung, just hit the online order if you're too tired/lazy to go out. I'm a local who rarely goes out but in a week I can playing tourist during the stay, super loveee.

The floor of the room felt incredibly dusty, and it was made of a material that sticks to dirt (I don't know what kind of plywood). It's a shame that the maintenance has been getting worse and worse.

Check-in and check-out were easy, although a 300,000 IDR deposit was required upon check-in. This was a relief, as there was a coffee maker in the room. The staff were all friendly. The room was clean, and the location was close to culinary spots and shopping centers.

I always stay here every time I go to Bandung, the 24-hour check-in and checkout time is very helpful. The only thing is that the lights are dim and not bright enough if you want to do makeup. The breakfast is standard, with less variety.
