The sahur (pre-dawn meal) facilities should be improved to prevent incidents like mine, where food was delivered to the room less than 20 minutes after Imsak. Room cleanliness and staff friendliness should remain intact.

The junior suite I had was spacious and comfortable, with Javanese wood carvings and antique furnishings that added to the elegant feel. The bed was incredibly soft, making for a restful sleep. From the architecture, interior decor, to the friendly service, everything had a strong Javanese feel. The pre-dawn meal was delicious and delivered to my room. I'm planning to stay again for Eid al-Fitr, and the receptionist said breakfast will be a buffet during Eid.

You can't go wrong with this hotel. It's a hidden gem in Malang. Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and it will be a buffet again for Eid al-Fitr. I'll be staying again for the upcoming Eid al-Fitr holiday.

Friendly staff. Checking in late at night was no problem because the front desk is 24 hours. Clean room. Clean towels. Unfortunately, the buffet breakfast was changed to a la carte during Ramadan, and you can choose between sahur or breakfast. The food is still delicious. I will stay again for Eid al-Fitr, and they said breakfast will definitely return to the buffet after Eid.

Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, friendly staff, and a very strategic location in the heart of Malang. Breakfast is delivered to your room a la carte during Ramadan, with requests for sahur or breakfast. It's delicious. After Eid, it's back to the buffet. I prefer buffet breakfast, but during Ramadan, it's a la carte and delivered to your room.

Great location, comfortable room and bed, delicious breakfast, and friendly service. The downside is the bathroom cleanliness, which needs attention (the toilet was dirty, with years of dirty poop residue that hadn't been cleaned, as if it had never been scrubbed. The bathroom floor was also dirty). The Wi-Fi was also slow, especially on the 3rd floor. Please improve this. Thank you.

This is my first trip in my life, when choosing a hotel I was confused because there were many good ones, but this hotel was not only good but also had an award from the app in 2019, because of curiosity I was finally attracted and it was true that the place was comfortable, the hotel area was also quiet, especially the cool and cool streets of Malang added to the atmosphere even more serene. The service here is really good, especially the breakfast menu is the best best best, nothing fails. For the room is good even though it is not very spacious. Worth it and maybe if I come back to Malang again this place will be a regular 👍🏿👍🏿
